Clients may cancel a project with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of completion of the project.

Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve content at various stages of production. Any requested changes should be communicated promptly.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

Production timelines will be established and communicated to clients. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement if the other party breaches its obligations. Termination must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt.

Friday Talkies is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Friday Talkies harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the content produced or any breach of these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Friday Talkies is registered.

Friday Talkies reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
